A couple filed a Levaquin Achilles tendon injury lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on March 8, 2013. According to the complaint, the plaintiff wife suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon as a direct result of using Levaquin. Michelle and Jeffrey Malloy filed a Levaquin lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson and Ortho-McNeil Janssen Pharmaceutical, Inc. on March 8, 2013.
